I got my color done… now what?

You got your hair done with me after we discussed what it takes to maintain your new color but then you got home and forgot everything… Don’t worry, you’re not alone in this! We’ve all done it at some point.

When it comes to maintaining your new hair color, there are general rules you always want to follow to ensure your color will last and your hair will stay healthy. In this post, I’m sharing my general rules you should follow. So, let’s dive in!

-Make sure you use sulfate free shampoo & conditioner
-Always use a Wetbrush when brushing your hair
-Detangler will be your best friend
-Never go out without SPF
-The quality of your haircolor will depend on athome maintenance + following your recommended insalon appointment schedule.
-Don’t style your hair without protectant

These may feel very general but if at least follow these rules, you should avoid any long term issues (which cost more in the long run)

If you’re a guest of mine, you should have received your QR code that will lead you to “The Ultimate Color Guide for Longevity and Health”. & if you haven’t received it, be sure to ask me about it at our next appointment so we can set you up for success!

See you next week
