Updates for June 2024
Isn’t it crazy that we’re already half way through the year??
After thinking about this, I realized the last time I did an Blog Update was in January (!!!)
So, I thought I would take a moment to keep you in the loop of what’s going on!
Here are the current things happening within my chair/social media/other:
•Website/Referrals:
I’m currently changing things up on my website to keep things fresh and to make navigation easier for you. If you so happen to go through my website, I would really appreciate your honest feedback via text on how it is for you to use at home. As the creator, I can only see so much so outside perspective is very useful!
Soon, you’ll see updated content from my photoshoot I had this past week as well! I’ll be announcing that update on IG as soon as I get everything posted.
I’m also working on a referral program so stay tuned for that coming up! This referral program helps reward you as a loyal guest of mine. I wanted to be able to give back to you in some way as a thank you for supporting me & my business.
•Bookings:
Bookings will only be done through TEXT or APPLICATION moving forward. DMs get lost and then I feel awful when I don’t get the notification for your message on time. To keep booking as efficient and streamline as possible, I will only be receiving booking requests through text or application. If you have not received a text from me, please fill out the updated Appointment Request Form so we can stay connected. If you have my number, please be sure it is the number ending in 0816.
Also, I’ve updated my Appointment Request Form. It is shorter so it’s a little more user friendly when it comes to booking. I will ALWAYS look at NBR Applications & Appointment Request Forms before looking a text messages. If you need to streamline the back-and-forth of booking with me, I highly recommend filling out one of these forms. Like I said, I always look at these forms before I look at text messages.
This is also a great form to send to anyone you refer because it will help me track who you’ve referred. All of your referrals go towards your rewards. If you are unaware of my rewards program, please check out this link and ask for a card from me during your next appointment.
I look forward to making this process as easy as possible for you.
•Color Guests
If you didn’t receive the QR code for the “Ultimate At-Home Care Guide for longevity and health”, don’t worry! You can ask for one at your next appointment. It is a special platform just for my color guests on how to take care of your hair at home in-between color appointments.
It’s currently in it’s infancy but the more questions you ask and the more content you share with me, the better it will become over time because it will be completely customized to YOU! (no more confusing answers from websearches anymore)
So, don’t hesitate to text me or comment in my blog of any questions you may have or styles you’d like to see me struggle though.
•Important Scheduling Information
To work at Stotts Atelier, I had to adjust my schedule. My new schedule since starting at Stotts is primarily Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays. If there is a Monday holiday, I will (most likely) work the following Saturday to accommodate to the best of my ability. This makes Saturdays very limited so if you’re looking to book your appointments with me on Saturdays, I HIGHLY recommend booking through the rest of the year.
If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to text me. Saturdays can only be booked by in-salon appointment, not through text or DM.
I will also be working the July 3rd AND July 5th so make sure you’re scheduling your appointments if you’re wanting those days.
•Reviews
Speaking of feedback, I’d love to hear about your experiences with me at SAGE on Seventeenth!
You can either write a review for me on Google or through the NBR Directory (yes, IT’S SO OFFICIAL!). The point of reviews for me is to see how your experience is with me and to see more guests like you! I like you and want to see more guests like you.
•My day is coming up!
My day? My birthday.. I don’t like announcing it but I’m trying this new thing where I step out of my comfort zone.. So here I am sharing the fact that my birthday is coming up with you!
Now that that’s over, I’m excited to share what else I have coming up in JUNE!
I’m taking an Advanced Lived-In Color class with a national independent educator who is VERY hard to get classes with. Her work is currently circling around Pinterest and she’s now traveling internationally to educate other stylist. I was lucky enough to snag a ticket in Nashville. My adventures will start June 8th so stay tuned with updates on IG!
After coming back from Nashville (and working a few days), I’ll be taking a Latte Art class at Portola! I am so excited to learn how to FINALLY create latte art properly after a whole year of trying to learn on my own. I wouldn’t say I practice all the time but when I make my latte in the morning, I’m definitely trying to master the art. This class is a little gift to myself for my day.
June also comes with a wedding to celebrate! My cousin is getting married to a wonderful man we adore so we’re very excited to celebrate with them!
Stay tuned for all the fun on Instagram! And please be sure to schedule your appointments accordingly so you don’t miss out on the opportunity to have your hair done when you need it.
Thank you for reading through my Updates for June! It’s not the most fun to read but it keeps you in the loop of what’s going on in my chair. I hope this helps you out and I can’t wait to see you all at your next visit!
