What is the difference between a Weft and a Row?

I’ve had questions about what a row is and thought I would clarify what that is for you in today’s blog!

Here are the questions I get the most:
-What is a row?
-What’s the difference between a row and a weft?

Here is the difference:

-a weft is a single piece of hair extensions used.

There are plenty of brands and types of wefts you can use. Wefts are the building blocks for creating the hair you dream of.
According to Google: Weft hair, also known as weft hair extensions, is a collection of artificial or real human hair strands woven onto a thin strip of cloth, called a weft, to add volume and length to natural hair. The weft is then sewn into the natural hair by attaching small pieces of the extension's strands with small pieces of natural hair.

I specifically use ISLA Handtied Hair, which is ethically sourced, 100% Human Hair and uses more grams per weft. ISLA comes in all sorts of textures and colors that allow the hair extensions to mimic your natural texture and color.

-a row is what is created with the weft selected.

Once the wefts are sewn together, they create a row. With NBR, your entire appointment is customized so I take the extra time to make sure that every single weft is customized to your hair. That way, when the row is build, it looks and feels like your natural hair.

Today’s blog post was short but I wanted to make sure this was explained as easily as possible so you have an easy understanding of the big difference.

I hope this helped clarify what the difference between a weft and a row is, let me know your thoughts on this blog post!
