SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I suggest contacting Stotts Atelier to see their return policy.

FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of all services cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. After 3 cancellations, should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a flat fee of 100% of total services will be applied and you will no longer be invited to schedule future appointments.

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the total missed services.

Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non-refundable retainer worth $50 before pre-booking. After 3 missed appointments, you will not be invited back to the salon.

BOOKING: All booking is done through Stotts Atelier or through my Appointment Request Form. When submitting the Appointment Request Form, you are contacting me directly.

My office hours are Tuesdays-Friday 10am-6pm. Please plan your appointments accordingly.

If booking for NBR® Hair Extensions, you MUST fill out the NBR® Application in order to move forward.

If you do not prebook, I CANNOT guarantee your next appointment will be on your desired timeline.

LIZ IS LATE POLICY: I am only human and try my best to be on time for each appointment. Sometimes, my career throws unpredictable curve-balls. That’s why I created the “Liz is Late” Policy. With this policy, if I am 15+ minutes late, I will give you a complimentary Entry-Level Treatment at your next service as a thank you for your time and patience!

COVID-19 Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement:
COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to be spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Liz Leifken has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, having any services provided with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19, as do many other activities could increase your risk.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending your appointment with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier may result from actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others, including, but not limited to Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier, other stylists, and their clients.

I understand and voluntarily accept and assume all the foregoing risks related to COVID-19 and accept sole responsibility for any injury or illness that may occur to myself, including but not limited to illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier, its employees, agents and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Further, I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier, its employees, agents, representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after visitation with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier.

Failure to adhere to the guidelines will result in the termination of visitation with Liz Leifken at Stotts Atelier with any funds paid being forfeited.

Cancellation and forfeiture of funds will apply to Liz Leifken.
