Salon Guidelines

Before

Making your appointment

  • Please allow 48-72 Business Hours for any responses to text, appointment forms, and e-mails. I do not take appointment requests through DM. If you are a new guest, please take a quick moment to fill out the proper appointment form.

  • All appointment request will be reviewed in the order they’re received.

  • All new guests MUST book a digital or in-person consultation with Liz before booking your first appointment.

  • My office hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm. Please plan your appointments accordingly.

  • If you do not prebook, I CANNOT guarantee your next appointment will be on your desired timeline.

  • Stotts Atelier does not allow children to hang out in the salon unless they are getting services done at the salon. Plan childcare so you can truly relax during your time at the salon.


Cancelation Policy

  • In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of all services cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

  • In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the total missed services. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non-refundable retainer worth $50 before pre-booking. After 3 missed appointments, you will not be invited back to the salon.

  • After 3 cancellations, should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a flat fee of 100% of total services will be applied and you will no longer be invited to schedule future appointments.

During

How to prep for your appointment

  • Please arrive to your appointment with clean & completely dry hair. Please do not arrive with tons of products in your hair. This includes dry shampoo, temporary color spray, texture spray, hair spray, beach hair, etc. If you do not arrive with clean & dry hair, your results may vary.

  • You can park in our salon’s parking lot right in front or park in the neighborhood nearby. We aren’t far from Plums Cafe, Breakfast Republic and Peets Coffee so If you’d like to get food-to-go or a quick coffee before your appointment, I suggest coming early to your appointment.

  • When you arrive at Stotts Atelier, please check in on the iPad at the front desk so I know you’ve arrived.

Running Late

  • If you are running late, please contact me so I know what’s going on.

  • For any reason you are running 15 minutes or more behind, I will need to reschedule your appointment and the cancelation fee of your total services that day will be charged. This will be required before booking.

  • If I am running 15+ minutes behind, you will receive a complimentary treatment either during the day of your appointment or at your next visit.

After

  • I’m happy to help in any way I can & I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know via text within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

  • Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I suggest contacting Stotts Atelier to see their return policy.

Sanitation

  • Station surfaces & tools are disinfected between guests.

  • The salon has a sanitation specialist who cleans the salon’s common areas and it’s surfaces throughout the day.

  • Sanitizer is available, if needed.
